A Classroom Full of Differences

RUSIHAK (Human Rights in Mental Health Association)

A Classroom Full of Differences is a two-year-long project that jointly funded by the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) and Open Society Foundation aims at creating a right-based inclusive education model and contributing to the inclusion of children with intellectual disabilities in education.

As an administrative assistant, my responsibilities included but not limited to;

  • Creation and update of the workflow.

  • Monitoring of the project process and addressing of potential issues.

  • Tracking expenses and predicting future costs.

  • Preparing and providing documentation to internal team and key stakeholders.

  • Translation of English documents into Turkish and vice versa.

  • Organization of meetings with the related parties.
