A Field Project
A Classroom Full of Differences is a two-year-long project that is jointly funded by the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) and the Open Society Foundation, aiming at creating a right-based inclusive education model and contributing to the inclusion of children with intellectual disabilities in education.
As an administrative assistant, my responsibilities included, but were not limited to;
Creation and update of the workflow.
Monitoring of the project process and addressing of potential issues.
Tracking expenses and predicting future costs.
Preparing and providing documentation to the internal team and key stakeholders.
Translation of English documents into Turkish and vice versa.
Organization of meetings with the related parties.
