A Research and Communication Campaign

Along with China and Iran, Turkey is one of the leading jailers of journalists, and in the last years, this has created serious concerns about the country’s democracy. The project to be evolved into a condensed communication campaign on International Right to Know Day (28 September 2015) mainly aims at attracting public attention to Freedom of Information (FOI) and promoting the use of the right to know in Turkey.

As a content writer and Jr. editor, I was responsible for;

• The launching of the project blog

• creating and managing the content for the blog

• The supervising layout of images, graphics, and videos in the blog

• Pitching ideas and taking part in the production of three animations produced for the project

• Collaborating with the project assistant in the organization and execution of the final conference.

• Assisting to the project coordinator in the preparation of the project documents, such as the final report.
